Strengthening Families

What do we do?
Support families while they work through domestic and family problems with the main focus being to support parents in their efforts to care for their children. A holistic home visiting and case management service is provided to address challenges and build resilience in children and parents. In the Far North region male clients will have the choice of working with a male or female case manager.
