National School Chaplaincy Program / Pastoral Care Program


What do we do?
The School Chaplaincy program provides experienced staff to work as part of the School team to plan, develop and deliver student resilience and wellbeing services within a school site. This may be as part of a small group or on a one-to-one basis. The Pastoral Care Worker will work closely with the school Principal and school counsellor to provide group and individual support to students.

Referral
Students can self-refer.

Students are encouraged to speak with the Pastoral Care Worker if they feel they need support in dealing with a school or personal issue.

Referrals can also be made by teachers, Student Counsellor and parents or care-givers.
